Dillon Manufacturing, Inc. - Return Policy
(Returned Goods Policy - July 2007)

- Dillon Manufacturing, Inc will only accept, for return and credit, current standard catalog items which were purchased within a 60 day period and are in resalable condition.
- Restocking Charge. The standard restocking charge is 15%.
- Other Changes. Goods returned must be new, unused, in their original containers and current as shown in the latest Dillon Manufacturing, Inc. catalog. Charges for updating and/or reconditioning will be deducted from the credit memo issue.
- Procedure
4.1. To return goods, you must contact a Customer Service Representative by telephone at 1-800-428-1133 for a (RMA) Returned Material Authorization form. Items may not be accepted without a RMA number.
4.2. Please have the following information:
A. Reason you wish to return the goods;
B Quantity and description of the goods;
C. Dillon Manufacturing, Inc.'s invoice number for the good being returned. |
4.3. The RMA Form can be mailed or faxed, or an RMA number can be given over the phone. The designated copy or number must accompany the items returned.
- After inspection of the items returned, a credit memo will be issued.
- All items returned for credit must be shipped prepaid.
